2. Refund Deductions
In the event of an approved refund request, the following deductions will apply:
15% Administrative Charges – This covers processing, scheduling, and coordination costs.
15% Service Charges – Applicable if even one day of class has been attended. This includes tutor allocation, session setup, and support services.
These charges are non-negotiable and will be deducted from the total amount paid before processing the refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
Email us at support@scoochers.in with your full name, registered contact number, and enrollment details. Our support team will respond within 3–5 business days to assess eligibility and guide you through the refund process.
4. Timeline for Refund Processing
Once approved, the refund (after deductions) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No Refund Scenarios
Please note, no refunds will be processed if:
The course has been completed.
Final or mid-term examinations have been conducted.
The request is made after 30 days from the enrollment date.
